Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Solvlet for access to the platform and its web tools. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Effective date
August 9, 2026
Applies to
The Solvlet platform, account area and all Solvlet web tools
01

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. If you use Solvlet for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, start a trial or use the tools.

02

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your sign-in credentials. Email accounts must complete required verification; Google accounts are authenticated by Google. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized use. One person may not use accounts to evade limits, trial rules, payment obligations or enforcement.

03

Tools and your content

Each Solvlet tool has a defined purpose and may store different records. You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Solvlet a limited permission to host, process, back up and display that information only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and necessary permissions for content you upload or share.

04

Tool results and important decisions

Solvlet provides lightweight organizational and calculation assistance, not a system of record or professional advice. Tool results depend on your inputs, settings and use environment. You are responsible for checking whether they are suitable for a particular purpose and for keeping an independent copy of important data.

05

Free tools, trials and paid plans

A tool may be permanently free or may offer a time-limited trial followed by monthly or annual paid access. The product page and checkout show the current trial length, price, currency, billing interval, taxes or material payment terms before purchase. Starting a trial does not itself authorize a charge unless checkout clearly states otherwise. When a trial or paid access ends without renewal, the tool may switch to read-only access until you purchase or renew a plan.

06

Subscriptions, renewal and manual payments

If checkout identifies a plan as recurring, the selected payment provider may charge the displayed interval until cancellation. The provider controls the payment authorization and may keep an existing recurring price unless a lawful price-change process is completed. A manual payment uses the price displayed at the new checkout; buying again before access expires extends access according to the purchased plan. Taxes, exchange rates and provider fees may affect the final amount shown by the payment provider.

07

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage an active subscription from the Solvlet billing area or the payment-provider flow made available there. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for before the stated end date. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law, checkout terms, or mandatory payment-provider or merchant-of-record rules require otherwise. Contact support promptly about a duplicate charge, incorrect amount or unauthorized payment.

08

Acceptable use

Do not use Solvlet unlawfully; infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; upload malicious code; probe or bypass security; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; send spam; manipulate trials or billing; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or interfere with another person’s account or data. You may use ordinary exports and documented interfaces for their intended purpose.

09

Solvlet ownership and feedback

Solvlet and its licensors own the platform software, design, trademarks and documentation, excluding your content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. If you submit suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but this does not give us ownership of your private tool data.

10

Third-party services

Parts of the service, including sign-in, payments, email, hosting and external links, are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. Solvlet does not control their continuing availability, processing outcomes or policy changes and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for interruption, delay or loss caused by them.

11

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Solvlet available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, networks, devices, third-party services and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause interruption or delay. We may change, add or retire features; where paid access is affected, required notice or remedies will be handled under applicable law.

12

Suspension, termination and data

You may stop using an individual tool and delete its data without deleting your platform account, or request deletion of the platform account. Download important supported tool data first. We may restrict or suspend access to protect security, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms, using notice and an opportunity to remedy when appropriate. Required transaction, security and dispute records may survive deletion for the period allowed by law.

13

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvlet and tool outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated. Solvlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service, reliance on tool results, loss of data, third-party services or other circumstances outside its control. Liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and mandatory consumer rights, remain unaffected.

14

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider or legal changes. The effective date will change and material updates will be communicated before taking effect where required. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, cancel future renewals and stop using the service before they apply.

15

Governing rules and disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence remains unaffected. Other governing-law and merchant details are those disclosed by the applicable Solvlet operating entity or merchant of record for the transaction. Before filing a formal claim, contact support with the account email, affected tool and transaction reference so both sides can try to resolve the issue promptly. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, court or dispute process available by law.
