Privacy Policy

We process account details such as your name, email address, authentication method and password hash for password accounts; profile preferences such as language; technical and security data such as IP address, browser, device signals, request identifiers and sign-in events; billing and entitlement records; notification preferences; and messages you send to support. Google sign-in gives us the profile details you authorize and does not give us your Google password.

Each tool stores only the information needed for its features, such as work records, members and passes, people and reminders, or recipes and production batches. Tool data is associated with your Solvlet account and product, isolated by server-side account checks, and is not automatically shared with another user or tool. Public links and files are disclosed only when you intentionally create or share them.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested tools, remember preferences, process trials and subscriptions, send service and opted-in reminder messages, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain records and improve reliability. Depending on where you live, processing is based on performing our contract, your consent, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in security and operating the service. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier processing.

Solvlet uses essential session cookies and limited browser storage for sign-in security, language choice, interface state and dismissed notices. We do not describe optional advertising cookies as essential. If analytics or other optional tracking is introduced, the relevant notice and consent controls must be shown before that technology is used where required.

We share the minimum necessary information with service providers that operate hosting, storage, email delivery, authentication and payment processing. Current integrations may include Google for sign-in, Alibaba Cloud DirectMail for email, and the payment provider selected at checkout, such as PayPal, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Payment providers receive payment and transaction details under their own terms; Solvlet does not store complete payment-card numbers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

Solvlet and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and contractual or organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and provider. Provider locations and safeguards can change, so contact support if you need information relevant to your account or region.

We retain account and tool data while your account or use of the relevant tool remains active, then delete or anonymize it according to operational deletion workflows. Security logs, support history, invoices, payment events and records required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations may be retained longer. Backup copies are removed on their normal rotation schedule and are not restored for ordinary use after deletion.

We use measures designed for the nature of the service, including password hashing, access controls, account and tool separation, request validation, audit records and encrypted transport in production. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can update core profile information, control platform and tool notifications, download supported tool data, stop using and delete data for an individual tool, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may verify your identity and retain limited records needed to document the request. Solvlet will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Solvlet is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to an online service in their location, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information without valid authorization, contact support so we can investigate and remove it where required.

We may update this policy when the platform, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated in the platform or by another appropriate channel before they take effect when required. Earlier versions may be retained for audit purposes.

The operator identified as Solvlet is responsible for platform account processing and normally acts as controller for the consumer tools described here. The selected payment provider is independently responsible for parts of payment processing under its own notice. Submit privacy questions or rights requests through Help & feedback; purchase confirmations and official communications identify the applicable merchant or operating entity for the transaction.
