Refund Policy

Payments for paid Solvlet tools are non-refundable unless applicable law or a mandatory rule of the payment provider or merchant of record used at checkout requires otherwise.

Effective date
August 13, 2026
Applies to
The Solvlet platform, account area and all Solvlet web tools
01

Payments are generally final

A purchase or renewal of a paid tool is a final payment. Non-use, limited use, a change of mind, selection of the wrong plan or failure to cancel is not a basis for a refund.

02

Legal and payment-provider exceptions

Where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, we will follow that law. Mandatory refund rules shown at checkout or applied by PayPal, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or another merchant of record also apply to payments they process.

03

Canceling a subscription

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. It does not refund the current paid period or shorten your access during that period. Cancel before the next charge if you do not want to renew.

04

Payment problems and requests

For a duplicate charge, an amount that differs from the confirmed order, a confirmed unauthorized payment, or a refund required by law, contact us through Help & feedback. Include your account email, tool, payment provider, transaction reference and charge date. Do not send a complete card number or password. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment provider, whose processing time applies.
