Flexible work records
Hours, days, half days, shifts, pieces, tasks and fixed amounts.
Know what you're owed—and what you owe.
Use one account to record your own work for employers and the work and pay of multiple employees. Employer receivables and employee payroll stay separate, with no account-mode switching.
Replace scattered notes and spreadsheets with one ledger that separates money due to you from pay due to employees.
Hours, days, half days, shifts, pieces, tasks and fixed amounts.
Record money received from employers and money paid to employees without mixing the two balance directions.
Finalise employer receivables or employee pay, then share a print view, PDF, CSV or secure read-only link.
Mark every person as an employer or employee so rates, work, money and balances always keep the right meaning.
Reuse hourly, daily, shift, piece, task and fixed rates independently for your own income or employee labour cost.
Review receivables, payroll and same-currency project differences, then export the records you need.
Use the worker side, the employer side or both at once. You never need to choose a permanent account role.
Mark who pays you and who you pay, then set up each currency and rate arrangement separately.
Capture work, advances, expenses, deductions and payments as they happen.
Confirm money due to you or pay due to an employee, then export a clear statement.
Try every feature first. Continue with transparent monthly billing or choose the annual plan; your data remains viewable and exportable if access ends.
Practical answers about using both sides, work records, payments and settlements.
One account supports both sides at the same time. Add employers who pay you and employees you pay, then choose currencies and create hourly, daily, shift, piece, task or fixed rate cards. Employees do not need an account or login; you maintain their records yourself.
For each work record, choose whether it is your receivable work for an employer or payable work for an employee. Add the date, optional job, rate and quantity; the ledger calculates and preserves the original amount.
Record receipts from employers and payments to employees separately, together with advances, expenses, bonuses and deductions. Balances then show what an employer still owes you and what you still owe each employee.
Review the period, then finalise either an employer receivable settlement or an employee payroll settlement. Reports, CSV, PDF, print views and secure read-only links keep the relationship and balance direction clear; employees can receive a statement without logging in.
