Start from a CSV or Excel report
Choose your workflow, check currency and rules in Settings, and preview your imported reports. Resolve exceptions before locking a settlement or publishing a receivable.
Choose store or product owner
Choose a workflow to enter directly, without a separate ledger creation form. Adjust your name, settlement currency and default rules in Settings. Stores add consignors and intake items; product owners add SKUs, retailers and placements. The two workflows keep separate records.
Review the preview before confirming
Upload CSV or Excel and review field mappings and each preview row. Resolve duplicates, unknown items and currency, quantity or amount exceptions, then confirm the import. Unconfirmed previews remain available for 24 hours so you can return to the review.
Stores: lock statements and record payouts
Review sales, discounts, returns, commission and fees before locking a settlement. Locked amounts remain as a snapshot; later corrections use adjustment records. Record partial payouts and export or share statements.
Product owners: check reports and collect balances
Choose a retailer and reporting period, then check SKUs, placements, sales, returns and amounts due. Resolve or exclude conflicts before publishing receivables. Record partial receipts, follow disputes and overdue balances, and compare published snapshots.
Standard import templates
Stores can import consignors, intake items and POS sales. Product owners can import retailers, products, placements and retailer reports. Download the matching CSV template, fill in its columns and import into the appropriate ledger.

Keep your existing systems
This tool does not replace POS, payment, logistics, accounting or tax systems. It never transfers money or stores bank credentials. Each ledger uses one settlement currency.
Your records remain separate
Each account keeps its own ledger. Shared links show only the published content you select, can expire or be revoked, and are excluded from search engines.
